Official End of the Event
At all times we will provide a separate room for sparring and socializing. In this room we will also mark off a corner for the permanent
possibility of cutting tests. If you want to chop some straw-mats (€ 2,80/pce), please mention the amount of tatamis we shall organize for you in our
registration form! Thank you!
You can book the accommodation together with your registration and we will do the paperwork for you, but you have to pay the hostel costs in advance
together with the event fee. Please notice that we need your passport number for booking the hostel! IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN THE HOSTEL WE REALLY NEED YOUR PASSPORT NUMBER!!!!!!!
On http://www.dreynschlag.at we will keep you up to date about
the event, locations, maps and organisation. Please check the page from time
to time to stay informed. Thx in advance.
Catering
We will provide lunch for Saturday and Sunday. Please inform us if you are a vegetarian or do suffer from allergies,
so we can manage enough for everybody. For Saturday we have planned a dinner for the whole group, which is included in the event-fee
(not included are the beverages, so beware ;-)). When we go out at Friday and Sunday evening, however, you will have to pay for yourselves.
Because we didn't find a location that could provide enough room and capacity to serve plate for plate we need to have a buffet again. But this time there will be waiters serving the meal.
Location for the friday night meeting: (not included in the price)
Please fill out the emergency form. We hope that we won’t need it, but you know...
devil’s never sleeping! Please take it with you to the workshop or send
it in advance to me by mail. We will have medics on the locations and, if necassary
we have the best doctors of the world here in Vienna! And if all else fails...
we also have nice cemeteries in Vienna! ! :-)
Well... first of all interest, fun and joy and then the usual
things.... training clothes and sport shoes. Then, swords,
daggers, long knifes or dussacks, bucklers and protectors. EVERBODY MUST HAVE
GLOVES!!!! And whatever else you want to bring... well... we are not restricting
anybody! :-)
Expenses
This is a difficult topic. We don’t want to get rich with the event, and the costs should be as low as possible, but on the other hand we also don’t want to pay for the whole event ourselves.
We also need a minimum number of participants in order to covr all our expenses without going bankrupt. So we will have to cancel our event in the case that we do not have 60 binding registrations by the end of 2009 (Dec. 31st)
The price includes:
*) Cost for seminar
*) Catering and drinkings during the day
*) Ticket for the viennese armoury (if you want to visit it!)
*) The dinner on Saturday (except beverages)
The fee does NOT include
*) Dinner on friday and Sunday
*) Beverages on Saturday during the group-dinner
*) Costs for the youth hostel
*) Tatamis for testcuttings or the testcutting workshop
Price for the seminar excl. accommodation (registration AND moneytranser until december 31st): € 99,--
Price for the seminar excl. accommodation (registration or moneytransfer AFTER December 31st): € 110,--
Price for the hostel: € 19,50/ Person and night
Price for the strawmats: € 2,80/pce
Price for the real cutting tatamis: € 10,--/pce
(Registration date means the date when your fee is booked on our account)
If you cancel your registration until Dec. 31st you will get a full refund. If you cancel afterwards we will have to retain a fee of € 25,00 to cover our expenses – and if the Youth Hostel will charge us with a cancellation fee (unlikely, but not impossible) we will also have to retain this.
We hope that you like our schedule and that all of you will come! :-)
CU soon!
Harry – Dreynschlag
